We are seeking experienced truck drivers tojoin our team as Over the Road (OTR) Mentors. As an OTR Mentor youwill play a crucial role in training and guiding apprentices on howto safely and efficiently drive a truck in compliance with stateand local laws as well as company policies.

This is an excellentopportunity for skilled drivers to pass on their knowledge and earnthrough mentor bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities :

• Train and mentor new drivers on safe drivingtechniques proper handling of equipment and adherence to state andlocal regulations.
• Instruct apprentices oncompany policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliantoperations.
• Monitor and evaluate theperformance of apprentices providing constructive feedback andguidance.
• Ensure all driving activities areperformed safely and in accordance with companystandards.
• Assist apprentices in navigating anddelivering to various locations across the 48 lowerstates.

Schedule :

• Home Time : 34 days every 34 weeks allowing fora balance between work and personallife.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate drivingand mentoring duties.

• Drive topoftheline companyprovided sleepertrucks with 53 trailers.

Qualifications :
