Job Description: Are you an experienced Class A CDL truck driver looking for a challenging and rewarding route? Join our team as a Super Regional Midwest Route Truck Driver. You’ll be on the road for 15 days, followed by 3 days of well-deserved rest at home, offering a perfect balance between extended travel and quality time with family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods within the Midwest region, including states such as Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of freight.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) for cargo, routes, and driving hours.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring freight is delivered on time and in excellent condition.
• Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedules and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance.
