Our mission-obsessed, creatively curious, and collaborative team is looking for an energetic, organized, and client-facing Strategic Client Manager to coach Woden's clients through organizational implementation of their strategic narrative in alignment with their business objectives.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in strategic client management, organizational change management, consulting, account management, or other customer-facing strategic positions
  • You’ve executed change management projects (internally or externally within an organization)
  • You’ve managed multiple client accounts and relationships at once
  • You’re excellent at building trust and rapport with clients 
  • You’re a people-person and get energy talking to clients
  • You can talk to C-Suite executives and founders as a peer 
  • You have natural EQ
  • You're excited by solving complex business problems through creative solutions, and you’re good at it
  • You have strong written, phone, and presentation skills
  • You’re attuned to client needs and pay attention to detail
  • You’re dynamic and agile—change doesn’t throw you off your game
  • You have a builder mentality, and want to put your stamp on creating something huge

What You’ll Do

Achieve Woden's mission through client transformation

  • Own and lead Woden’s StoryAccelerator product to transform purposeful companies into essential brands
  • Manage client accounts, owning the relationship and implementation of their brand’s strategic narrative within their organization
  • Execute monthly coaching and support calls
  • Facilitate collaborative work sessions with clients and external stakeholders
  • Serve as conduit connecting project team, business development team, and client to achieve client business objectives
  • Action client feedback and make product adjustments as needed
  • Schedule and lead calls, meetings, and roundtables to consult and coach strategic leaders on aligning their strategic narrative with their business objectives
  • Collaborate with Brand Storytellers, Team Leads, and the Director of Storytelling to meet client objectives
  • Maintain content library for story implementation
  • Manage dashboard metrics tracking client transformation goals
  • Revise and edit client-produced materials
  • Create lifetime value and new opportunities through partnerships, upsells, and re-engagements based on client needs

Compensation

Base salary of $73,000 plus incentive bonuses
