High School diploma or equivalent plus formal courses or in-service training in providing direct care to individuals with developmental and related disabilities with two years of experience highly recommended. A working knowledge of ICF/MR regulations preferred.

Must have a valid Arkansas Drivers License or be in the process of switching out of state license (30 days to complete process). Must complete DDS Drivers Training at Arkansas Transit within first 90 days of employment
