WOJO LLC is Hiring a Cultivation Tech Near Pinconning, MI

The cultivation team is responsible for properly executing daily tasks in our indoor Grow Corridor with efficiency and a strong attention to detail. This position reports to and takes direction from the Director of Cultivation and works cooperatively with other team members to provide care and support for plants throughout the lifecycle.

Description

Cultivation team members are responsible for performing all tasks in the grow corridor in accordance with company policy, production timelines, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

Execute all aspects of cultivation related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without direct supervision or oversight
Report all irregularities or variances from the SOPs to the Director of Cultivation
Perform all assigned tasks to completion each day
Ability to complete a variety of different tasks, including watering, pruning, cleaning, and following precise protocols
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Understand all aspects of plant tracking and maintain the ability to manage all plant tags in full compliance with CRA rules and regulations
Understand and work within the full range of regulatory compliance requirements and/or prohibitions
Accurately fill out and maintain up to date paperwork such as room maps, waste logs and harvest logs as needed

Education, Experience, & Skills

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
One or more years of cultivation experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check required
Team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and a flexible schedule when needed
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task with effective time management
Willingness to comply with state regulations and guidelines

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and repetitive movements
Prolonged exposure to heat, humidity, and high intensity artificial lights
Must be able to move and/or lift 50 pounds
Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl while working with ladders and heights
