WOJO CO is looking for Post Harvest team members specializing in Hand Trimming.

Description

Post Harvest Trimmers are responsible for performing all tasks in accordance with company policy, production timelines, and compliance regulations. All WOJO CO flower is hand trimmed to reflect the level of quality and care that goes into each and every step of our grow and production process. We are looking for people who are passionate about quality and efficiency, and experienced in hand trimming to join our team.

Responsibilities

Follow Standard Operating Procedures for bucking and trimming cannabis harvests in preparation for processing and packaging
Packaging products into their final form.
Ability to precisely and efficiently trim flower, at a minimum of one pound per day, in accordance with quality and regulatory standards
Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment
Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment
Work closely and productively with a diverse team of people in a variety of tasks

Education, Experience, & Skills

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
One or more years of HAND TRIMMING experience required
Ability to pass a background check required
Team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Willingness to comply with state regulations and guidelines

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive movements
Must be able to maintain highest levels of cleanliness and personal hygiene
Must be able to use scissors and carefully trim plants for extended periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Benefits include 75% employer paid health insurance, and paid time off for full-time employees.

Schedule:

10 hour shifts (6:30am-5:00pm)
Monday - Thursday
