**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure exceptional customer service.

**Duties:**

- Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders

- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours

- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for stock replenishment

- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and standards

- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage service

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management

- Proficiency in inventory management and control

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Experience in catering or bartending is a plus

- Familiarity with quick-service fast-food restaurant operations

- Previous role as an Assistant Manager in the food industry is a plus
