Overview:

Wolf is seeking a Content Manager to join our growing and well-established national firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various channels such as: social, email newsletters, case studies, infographics, website, various advertising channels, and more
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to support firm goals
    • Develop content ideas based on research of industry trends, keywords, competitor analysis, and trending topics
    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions and leverage insights to optimize content strategy
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in content marketing
    • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility
  • Be an expert in our brand, the voice, the regulatory aspects of it and helping to evolve it
    • Develop external relations with key industry influencers, media, etc.
    • Develop and execute brand messaging for: announcements, acquisitions, service launches, etc.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to ensure the content aligns with brand messaging and objectives
  • Oversee and manage the content team
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in content marketer
  • Exceptional copyediting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, and other popular SEO tools
  • Results-driven mindset with expertise in problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under short delivery timelines
  • This position will be a hybrid role with expectations of going into the Boston office once a week

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.
