Location : Topeka, KS

Wolf Construction, a privately owned construction company providing rapid response construction and maintenance services has opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Construction Office.

We offer excellent pay and benefits and a friendly and professional work environment. The selected candidate will have 2 years' administrative experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, work in a construction company a plus.

Must have demonstrated ability to work with a team in resolving challenges, and great communication skills.

Job Details :

• Will work directly with Company Management
• Primary duties will be assisting construction resource / personnel manager
• Process new applicants
• Assist with employee scheduling / deployment
• New hire onboarding (I-9, W-4, etc.)
• Weekly time review and submission
• Update current job openings
• Per diem coordination for field employees
• Work hours tracking and uploading
• Answer phones / office supplies etc.
• Hours are 7am to 4 : 30pm with occasional overtime
• A positive attitude and team play is required.

Requirements :

• Excellent computer / software skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Accounting experience a plus
• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Must have excellent communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face
• Have a strong work ethic
