Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead practice for children of various ages and skill levels
- Teach proper techniques and skills in a safe and supportive environment
- Create lesson plans that focus on skill development, strength, flexibility, and coordination
- Provide individualized attention and feedback to each student
- Ensure the safety of all participants during classes and practices
- Maintain a clean and organized gymnasium

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Gymnastics skill sets, equipment, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline in a positive manner
- Experience working with children
- Knowledge or experience in Gymnastics
