This is initially onsite with the possibility of being hybrid.

The team is looking for an Admin Assistant with attention to detail and self motivated. Someone that finds the work that needs to be done or reaches out to the manager to inquire.

Flexible, typically 8 : 00 PM to 5 : 00PM

Detailed Description :

This position is responsible for providing a wide range of processing, technical and administrative support duties which may include reviewing, researching and processing information, preparing routine and administrative documents and correspondence, and other day-to-day office operations in support of the efficient operation of the department or division.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years of experience w / High School

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong time management, problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Detail-oriented; flexible and creative
• Strong Interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and external contact
