THE ROLE
We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to drive our business-wide strategy, lead our strategic initiatives and work closely with our two co-founders.
- Strategy: As Wollemi continues to rapidly scale you will work directly with our Managing Directors to develop, drive and track our business strategy
- Strategic initiatives: We are unapologetically ambitious about the type of company we are building. You will play a core role in initiating, contributing to and leading company-wide strategic corporate initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- ~5 years of experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm. A degree of comfort with investment/ private equity is preferred but not required
- Passion for climate and sustainability, and for the businesses that are developing innovative decarbonization solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and confidence in working independently with little guidance
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Action-oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize, introduce structure, and drive processes to clear outcomes
- Comfort with switching between topics quickly. Enjoy working on big-picture strategic themes as well as on detailed briefings
Location: While we usually offer flexible working options, the nature of this role requires the candidate to be based with our Managing Directors at our HQ in Sydney, Australia.
