The Network Operations Manager will work closely with operations, leadership team, peers from other applications, technical teams, and hospital staff, to drive internal and external solutions. The Network Operations Manager is responsible for the Network System Administrators team, with overall responsibility for the direction, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and success of the projects. This manager is also responsible for overseeing the operations of the data center(s)/Cloud, strategic planning and implementation, ensures the data center/Cloud remains ahead of demand in terms of storage space, processing power, and connectivity. Will coordinate all project activities: software and hardware implementation training, optimization, business and IS related task, internal communications, process improvement, and develop a plan for sustaining support. Ensures that the software and hardware meets organizations goals Assists director and SVP, Information Systems in developing the annual budget for: special projects, implementation of software and hardware and/or network requirements. Ensures compliance with OSHA guidelines.
The Network Operations Manager must have a passion for change and identifying better ways to do things. they must be an effective communicator and independent worker who will be an industry leader in changing how healthcare technology is configured, delivered, and supported.
