WAA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit agency, is Philadelphia’s leading domestic violence advocate and service provider and among the largest domestic violence agencies in the country. Women Against Abuse serves people experiencing intimate partner violence, and has touched the lives of an average of 10,325 adults and children in Philadelphia each year over the past five years through life-saving direct services, community education, prevention and advocacy. The mission of WAA is to provides quality, compassionate and nonjudgmental services in a manner that fosters self-respect and independence in persons experiencing intimate partner violence and to lead the struggle to end domestic violence through advocacy and community education.
Case Management Services Manager
Provides supervision, planning, and overall coordination of case management services for both DV emergency safe havens. Including but not limited to the following responsibilities: Ensuring that we are meeting all case management standards and regulatory and/or funding requirements; Assisting in strategic and operational planning for all residential safe haven programs; Co-Facilitation of Client Review weekly meetings, Coordinate case management services client groups (such as community meetings, red flag meetings, client workshops, etc.); Assisting clients and other staff in establishing and maintaining a safe and supportive community environment; Conducting semi-annual outreach to former clients (exit surveys) to determine if more resources or support are needed; Coordinating with Safe Haven management and teams as needed to support clients, coordinate groups, and provide interventions; Rotational on-call coverage for sites; Compiling, reviewing and maintaining monthly program statistics, and other reports as needed; and Maintaining the Office of Homeless Services coordinated assessment reports and/or other community level data for housing applications (CEA-BHRS). All responsibilities are implemented according to our mission and vision, trauma informed practices and according to Agency standards.
Qualifications:
Schedule: FT 40 hrs/week, with rotational on-call responsibilities (modified hybrid schedule available after initial 90 days, with 1 day work from)
