DescriptionWomen’s Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women’s healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for all facets of the Company and Affiliate’s marketing strategies to include, but not limited to, ORM, branding, event selection and planning, website development, analysis of markets and development of market-specific marketing plans which will include both traditional and digital methods. The Manager will perform all duties in a fluid and often fast-paced environment while recognizing the varying needs of stakeholders.
  • Create and implement plans to increase market share.
  • Commission or conduct market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT, recruiting, to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with and manage agency partnerships.
  • Create marketing presentations for stakeholders.
  • Obtain necessary consent and provide final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions.
  • Develop schedules and maintain deadlines.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ORM strategies for patient- and employee- facing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a crisis communication vendor relationship and related plans.
  • Website development and maintenance.
  • Develop, approve, and disseminate written communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs department to coordinate and execute Press Ganey initiatives and strategy.
  • Analyze community partnership opportunities and plan events to promote the Company across multiple local and extended markets.
  • Attend evening or weekend events as a representative of the Company.
  • Attend required meetings and participate in team activities and professional development activities.
  • Demonstrate and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Preferred experience in marketing in a for-profit healthcare setting.
  • Preferred experience with establishing a multi-functional marketing team.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with external vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
