We offer full spectrum obstetrics and gynecology services at multiple clinic sites throughout Waukesha County. Our main office is in the city of Waukesha with satellite offices in Pewaukee, New Berlin, Mukwonago, and Muskego.

Job Summary:

· Women’s Health Care, SC, an independent, multi physician, OB/GYN practice in Waukesha County is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager for a full-time position. The medical practice manager’s primary responsibilities are supervising all practice staff (excluding providers), managing and coordinating the development and implementation of policies and procedures, managing financial aspects of business, and marketing.

Responsibilities Would Include:

· Direct supervision of practice staff to assure adequate coverage for all positions and arranging coverage for sick and vacation time.

· Financial management of the practice including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

· Ensuring that an appropriate OSHA plan is in place and follows OSHA regulations.

· Negotiating and maintaining all insurance contracts.

· Maintaining a current, accurate medical record system.

· Responsible for the proper maintenance and functioning of the physical office.

· Responsible for the marketing and public relations of the practice.

Qualifications Needed for Position:

· At least 1 year experience in healthcare management

· At least 1 year experience with Epic electronic medical record

· At least 1 year experience with QuickBooks

· Good organizational skills to handle multiple priorities while remaining professional and calm

· Strong level of confidentiality due to sensitivity of materials and information handled

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in health administration, health management, business administration or health information management. (Experience may be considered instead)

· Must have experience in a healthcare setting

· Minimum one year experience in a supervisory capacity

· Must have knowledge of computer and must be able to demonstrate that knowledge
