Women's Health Connecticut is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist for one of our fast-paced Women’s Health groups, Women's Health Care of Trumbull!

Location: Women's Health Care of Trumbull
Address: 5520 Park Avenue, WP2-700 Trumbull, CT 06611
Position: Medical Receptionist
Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00a- 5:00p

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all patients and visitors.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Register patients and verify insurance eligibility.
  • Collect payments through various software systems.
  • Utilize phone system, fax machine, printer, copier, and scanner for all office functions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office appearance.
  • Other general administrative office duties.

Skills/qualifications:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a medical office setting, preferred.
  • Experience in women's health, preferred.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.03 - $20.51 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
