**Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Take and record vital signs accurately

- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nurses or physicians

- Chart preparations

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in medical office, hospital medicine, clinic, or assisted living settings is preferred

- Knowledge of physiology and familiarity with vital signs monitoring

- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients

- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a CNA program

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment
