Production Team Member
Provides support to assure the accurate, timely and quality delivery of components to customers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand all requirements for Personal Protective Equipment, machine guarding, and other safety requirements; and comply with each applicable to position assigned.
- Complete manufacturing assembly utilizing standardized work, torque tools, pneumatic and other tools.
- Insert components into molds on a moving production line
- Remove, inspect, repair, and package product on a moving conveyor system
- Learn multiple jobs and rotate positions as scheduled
- Assist other manufacturing colleagues as needed to complete customer orders.
- Maintain a work area to 5S standards for organization, housekeeping and inspection.
- Be actively involved with our Continuous Improvement Program and participate in Kaizen events as scheduled.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 or more hours.
- Must have the ability to use both hands for assembling products
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
