Woodcreek Provider Services is Hiring a Medical Assistant - Pediatrics - Signing Bonus - Toll Stipend Near Gig Harbor, WA

Job DescriptionWoodcreek (Harbor Pediatrics) is currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide outstanding quality care to our patients. This position will be working 40 hours per week 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
  • This position is eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS of $5,000.
  • This position is eligible for a TOLL STIPEND to compensate employees who cross the Tacoma Narrows Bridge for work.
Hiring Range: $21.93 - $27.05 per year; Pay Range: $21.93 - $32.17 per year

Candidates hired at .75 FTE (30 hours/week or more) will be paid a $5000 sign-on bonus! Twenty percent (20%) of the bonus is given the first pay check after the hire date working 2 weeks and then eighty percent (80%) 1 year is completed successfully.
Employees who work at our Gig Harbor Clinic and whose residence requires them to cross the Tacoma Narrows toll bridge will be given a stipend on their pay checks! The amount will be determined by FTE.
The Medical Assistant demonstrates the Woodcreek core values of integrity, respect, commitment, trust, and self-sacrifice in his or her everyday duties as a member of the healthcare team. The Medical Assistant performs under the supervision of a licensed healthcare practitioner as identified in RCW 18.360.010 (physician, osteopathic physician, advanced registered nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and registered nurse) to assist with direct patient health care, including treatment, self-care instruction, patient education, and administration of medications following the protocols, policies, and procedures for Woodcreek Provider Services.
