Windsor Windows & Doors/ Redstone Windows & Doors, a division of Woodgrain Millwork, has an immediate job opening for a field service technician to travel and service the Northwest regions of the United States. Ideally this candidate would reside near the Boisie, Idaho.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review repairs and determine causes for failures/defects and help formulate solutions.
• Set up and work on scaffolds and ladders.
• Operate and maintain basic power tools and vehicle as needed.
• Ability to paint as necessary.
• Maintain and update our sales programs.

This individual must have excellent written and verbal skills, excellent follow-up abilities, a self-starter attitude, and be highly organized. Able to preform mathmatical problems, with good diagnostic skills to identify and problem solve issues. 2 - 3 years of experience with similar work required, preferably for a window manufacturer or millwork distributor. A valide drivers license with vehicle insurability, and ability to drive long distances.
