Windsor has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager that will cover sales for the Northen Indiana and Ohio areas. Ideal candidates will reside in that Northern Indiana/Ohio region, but would report to our West Des Moines headquarters.

Responsibilites include:

• Business development with existing accounts, as well as new distribution.
• Strengthen current and new customer relations.
• Visit customers independently.
• Prepare and implement sales plans with customers.
• Meet established sales goals for assigned regions.
• Must be abke to manage expenses and stay within monthly budgets.

This individual must have excellent written and verbal skills, excellent follow-up abilities, a self-starter attitude, and be highly organized. A 4-year college degree is preferred, as well as experience with similar work preferably for a window manufacturer or millwork distributor. Computer proficiency is a plus.
