Woodhouse Auto Family is Hiring a Genesis Automotive Sales Support Near Omaha, NE
Location: Genesis of Southwest Omaha
Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (experience will be considered)
As a Genesis Automotive Sales Support Specialist, you will help assist both the sales team and customers with Genesis vehicles. You will act as the customer advocate, playing a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, while also helping teach customers the technological capabilities of the car. This is a great position for someone looking to expand their knowledge of car sales.
Job Knowledge/Skills Required
- Valid Driver's License w/ a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates high attention to detail and organization
- Passion for delivering personalized attention to customers
- Manages the needs of the Genesis customers, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, showroom appearance, appointment scheduling, cleanliness of vehicles, and follow up calls
- Serves as the Genesis concierge for the customer throughout the entire sales and service process
- Teaches the customer all the technological capabilities of their Genesis automobile
- Ensures that the Genesis customer has access to and understands the functionality of the Connected Services App
- Serves as the point of contact for all Genesis customers and facilities addressing customer needs
- Follow up with the customer after purchase to address any concerns or questions; ensuring they are happy with their Genesis purchase
- Leverages CRM and dealer management systems to anticipate customer needs
- Seamlessly steps in to help Sales Team throughout the sales process; will at times complete these duties independently
- Manages customer survey calls to address issues and ensure perfect survey expectations
- Ensures commitment to Woodhouse Auto Family standards when interacting with customers and defines the controls necessary to maintain these standards
- Serves as a role model for desired staff behaviors inclusive of proper service etiquette, including telephone and personal greetings, escorting/handing off customers and managing difficult interactions
