*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our company's daily operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity - Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure seamless execution of daily activities - Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve operational goals - Drive business development initiatives to expand market share - Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects - Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices *Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred - Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations management - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
