POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational / intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Life Enrichment Policies and Procedures.
Education & Qualifications :
or an Activity Director Certified, ADC through NCCAP; or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA who is certified through the state in which the community is located.
Experience :
Minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a recreational or social setting preferred, not required.
