ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work in harmony with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Safety Services, Bar, Housekeeping, Bakery, Gatehouse and any other overnight staff.
• Working safely and efficiently.
• Deal with problems, questions, and concerns from guests.
• Overall knowledge of corporate groups, weddings, etc. taking place on property.
• Ability to work within Bald Eagle, Redbook, and Front Desk systems.
• General understanding of WL Pines, WLS, Spa and Market properties.
• General knowledgeable of procedures for emergencies
• Basic accounting daily deposits, cash handling, etc.
• Radio, phone and computer skills.
• Must be flexible
• This is not an all-inclusive list other duties will be determined based upon need.
• Must have patience and be able to work independently.
