Woodmont Baptist Weekday Preschool ("WBWP") seeks an energetic, nurturing, and positive person to be a lead teacher in our infant/toddler program. WBWP serves children from four months through 5 years of age and partners with families to provide developmentally appropriate preschool education in a respectful, creative, nurturing Christian environment. Our teachers and assistant teachers are responsible for fostering a warm and accepting atmosphere while valuing and promoting play.
DutiesThis is a 32 hour per week teaching position although we will also gladly accept applications for part-time teachers and substitutes. The standard workday is 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and the start date would be August 12, 2024. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. We offer paid time off, payment for Spring Break, and payment for obtaining training hours. The specific days worked each week can be flexible based on the candidate's needs.
