The Assimilation and Outreach Director, Hub Leader, will assist the Romeo campus by developing, coaching, and empowering ministry leaders relative to the Assimilation ministry (Connect, baptisms, membership, and Next Steps Pathway) and Outreach ministry. They will plan, implement, and oversee church-wide processes that help people know what their next steps are with God, thereby replicating disciples. The director will also provide leadership for all Outreach initiatives with the Romeo campus.
Applicants for this position should be passionate about helping people take their next steps to know and follow Jesus. They should be an influencer and motivator, able to cast vision and inspire others around the Next Steps vision and strategy and around missional living. This director must be outgoing, relational, friendly, and positive.
