Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Excavation Foreman. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in our fast-paced environment. As an Excavation Foreman, you will lead a team to efficiently and effectively complete assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a team of 2-3 laborers to complete assigned projects on time and to specification.
• Plan and oversee the completion of various excavation jobs including foundation digs, retaining walls, and utility work.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing a team of laborers preferred.
• Proficiency in planning and executing a range of excavation jobs including foundation digs, retaining walls, and utility work.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (80 lbs.) and general labor duties.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
