• Estimated annual base pay: $64,200.00 (minimum) - $80,300.00 (midpoint) - $96,400.00 (maximum). Plus a 10% shift differential.

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Operations or Production Supervisor, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring an Operations Supervisor on our AWS-weekend shift (8:00am - 8:30pm, Friday - Sunday). This individual will support operations our Servo Assembly and Test and Manufacturing departments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting members to achieve daily build rate in Servo Assembly and Test and Manufacturing operations.

• Guiding the activities of direct production and indirect support functions.

• Responsible for managing new members regarding training, coaching, mentoring and disciplinary action.

• Managing daily, monthly, quarterly metrics for department.

• Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects.

• Investigating RCCA's and work towards resolutions.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required (a 2 or 4 year degree is a plus).

• Previous leadership experience is required (including direct leadership, team lead, project lead/management and/or mentoring)

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/operations environment is required.

• Individuals with the ability to work with and manage new teams, membership and diverse groups of members is preferred.

• Clear and concise communication with all levels of personnel is strongly desired.

• Leadership ability to hold member accountable as needed is preferred.

• Experience with problem solving issues on the production line and conducting root cause corrective actions.
