- Estimated annual base pay: $100,200 (minimum) - $125,200 (midpoint) - $150,200 (maximum)

- Manages the Operations Foundational Onboarding Program for the assigned site/s.
- Manages offline skills training content, equipment, and delivery for the assigned site/s.
- Serves as a key local leader to drive consistent training assessment, training design and impactful training delivery across the production organization.
- Leads standard content management (content updates, content communication and content retention) for local production training programs.
- Provides guidance and recommendations to the management team for what is an appropriate level and type of training for production members.
- Works with local leaders to ensure cross-training strategies are being actively worked and maintained.
- Develops and reports on metrics to the Leadership team with feedback on the effectiveness of the training and defects found during audits.
- U.S. bachelor's degree in arts/sciences required.
- 2-5 years superior project management experience and skills with the ability to lead direct and/or matrixed teams to achieve results re quired.
- 2-5 years training curriculum development or instructional design experience in a technical or manufacturing environment preferred.
- 5% of travel to other sites as part of leveraging and maintaining consistency between sites.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of Woodward operations and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated solid leadership skills.
- Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills throughout all levels of the organization, experience with presenting.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in use of MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Demonstrated strong relationship skills, including collaborating, and building trusted relationships with members at all levels.
- Passionate about learning, training, and development of Woodward members
