- Estimated annual base pay: $63,400 (minimum) - $79,200 (midpoint) - $95,000 (maximum)

What You Will Be Doing
- Performs quality related activities associated with the nonconforming material control process.
- Is actively involved in problem solving activities and ensuring the robustness of root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA) when necessary.
- Acts as the customer liaison/advocate for Woodward compliance to customer quality requirements and customer satisfaction relative to quality of products and services.
- Evaluates procedures and work instructions that are required per the Quality Management System. Manages the review and approval of QMS documents.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor preferred in a business-related field.
- Demonstrates solid computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of MS Project and Visio a plus.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to drive Root Cause Corrective Action concepts/processes, including the 8D process to eliminate cause(s) in internal processes, or external processes when necessary.
- Demonstrates effective organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (including presentations). Able to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrates ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams, as a team member or lead, and work with various levels within the organization and with customers.
- Demonstrates an understanding of interpretation of engineering specifications, mechanical drawings, and/or electrical schematics, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Demonstrates knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and TS16949 (site specific) requirements and their intent to ensure compliance of the Quality Management System.
