Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Membership Sales Manager to join our team. The Membership Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of membership, from recruitment and retention to engagement and satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring a vibrant community and smooth operation of the woodshop.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for membership growth and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective members.
- Organize and oversee membership events and workshops.
- Manage membership database and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Handle membership inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the woodshop and its programs.
- Prepare reports on membership statistics and trends for management.
- Engage with members to gather feedback and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in membership management, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about woodworking and community building.
- Proficient in using membership software and database management.

Pay: $21.93 - $23.32 per hour
