About Us:
Woofpak Pet Kitchen is a specialty producer of high quality pet food, treats, and bakery products for pets. Retail Sales Associate helps customers find merchandise and purchase products in a store while keeping up with sales goals.

Job Description:
Retail Sales Associate must be able to multitask, organize, and upkeep the store’s look. They are responsible for ensuring the store is appropriately stocked with merchandise, assisting customers as needed and performing transactions like sales and returns. This position reports to the Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

● Meet daily sales goals and thoroughly understand in-store promotions and learn

Woofpak product recommendation techniques.

● Work with the Team Leader to make sure sales are met and ensure the store is stocked

with the appropriate mix of products.

● Prioritize tasks to help support the team and create a positive experience for customers.

● Provide kitchen assistance including prepping, cooking and packaging Woofpak

products.

● Assists with daily and deep clean-up of the store.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with animals and providing exceptional customer service
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
