Customer service coordinator/ Trainer.

The client is looking for individuals who share common interests in community, self-worth, integrity, and professionalism. Customer Service Coordinator/ Trainer Duties

- Use both a laptop and mobile app to maintain records and customer information.

- Connect with customer by making and receiving inbound and outbound calls.

- Connect with existing customers for service and review of current benefits.

- Build relationships with clients through rapport and trust building.

- Make a difference in the community, let’s leave it better than where we found it!
