Job Description:
As a Regional Property Manager at Worcester Communities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties operate seamlessly and our residents enjoy the highest quality of living. You will oversee multiple properties, guiding property managers, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support property managers in their daily tasks, ensuring they maintain high standards in property management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance of properties, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and appearance standards are met.
  • Facilitate communication between corporate office and property management teams.
  • Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Plan and coordinate training and development programs for property staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi-site management role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software, such as Entrata, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel between properties and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
