OverviewThe Manager of Partnership Services position gives you the opportunity to continue your career growth in the sports industry as a Corporate Partnerships professional, while working in a fast-paced, hardworking, and highly rewarding environment. In this role, you will complete a formal training program and learn the pillars for success that are instilled upon every Worcester Railers HC team member. You will also receive guidance and training to help continue with the opportunity for career growth on the revenue-generating side of the sports industry.
The main responsibility of the Manager of Partnership Services is to implement tactical execution plans and activation of partnership elements as outlined within partnership contracts, provide excellence in customer service, and maintain outstanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and fulfilling Corporate Partner agreements and their outlined contractual obligations.
  • Will be assigned Partnership accounts to fully manage, handle special requests and execute marketing strategies and initiatives of the Partner.
  • Assist with the development of Partnerships proposals and presentations for both new business and renewals, along with creating all contracts for Partnership sign-on.
  • Coordinate and manage partnership assets for game days including but not limited to: production scripts, LED signage playlists, pre-game activations, intermission promotions, and hospitality experiences.
  • Collaborate internally with other departments and/or outside agencies to fulfill all Corporate Partnerships elements.
  • Coordinate and maintain all inventory management of sellable Partnership elements.
  • Document all Partnership interactions in Salesforce CRM and prepare and communicate timelines, artwork, creative specifications, and implementation deadlines.
  • Create mid-year and end-of-year season recaps for all Partners using our presentation tool, DIGIDECK, as well as all other trackable Partnership analytics and metrics.
  • Research new opportunities to help grow the business of each Corporate Partner by keeping current with goals, objectives and the competitive corporate landscape in the market.
  • Responsible for working and attending team events, promotions, and venue events along with planning and managing partner events.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization on Partner related programs including but not limited to game operations, community relations, public relations, tickets sales, marketing and facility operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of sales and/or service experience in a sports or hospitality industry required
  • Internally motivated and coachable individual with passion for learning skills to be a revenue generator in sports.
  • Focused on growing a career in the sports industry.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly creative with a background in Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be highly motivated and positive with strong aspirations to be successful in a sales & service career.
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to/from work as well as events outside of normal business hours
