Job Description:

Helps coach and train team to achieve maximum results.
Helps ensure all floor moves are completed in a timely manner.
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
Can do attitude and a team player.
Flexible and adaptive to environment, changes, challenges, job duties and work schedules.
Track record of a team player is a must.
Help ensure all communications are shared with Store Team.
Support and execute company test initiatives.
Help team achieve shrink results and safety awareness.
