Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide a high level of customer service to members, prospective members, trainers and guests
- Confidence presenting and selling all products and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process guest check-ins accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems, computer software and using the Mindbody Software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact
