Responsibilities for the Commercial HVAC Technician:

• Skillfully repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and control systems, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on commercial HVAC systems to contribute to their longevity and efficiency.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and earning their trust and loyalty.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch and team members, adhering to company standards for appearance, paperwork, and efficiency.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues with HVAC components, ensuring reliable performance.
• Keep company trucks, inventory, and equipment updated and organized to ensure maximum efficiency in daily tasks and repairs.
• Ensure efficient material usage and maintain sufficient equipment stock to support installation projects.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as required, including cross-training in various roles, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements for the Commercial HVAC Technician:

• Preferred 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Commercial HVAC systems.
• Possess valid EPA certification.
• OSHA or NATE certifications are considered a plus.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders, and working outside in various weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid state driver's license.
• An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges and thrive in both collaborative and independent settings.
