Responsibilities for the Lead Generation/Inside Sales Representative:

Generate leads through proactive outreach and research.
Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
Effectively handle inquiries.
Schedule site surveys and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Track sales metrics and prepare reports.
Stay informed about industry trends and new products.
Assist with marketing efforts and create sales materials.
Provide basic technical support to customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Lead Generation/Inside Sales Representative:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
1 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a commercial service setting.
Proven success in telephone sales and a tenacious approach to follow-up.
Proficient in Excel and Word, Salesforce.com experience is a bonus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and genuine passion for success.
