WORK Inc., one of NE’s most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and independent person to join our management team. Reporting to the AVP of Residential Services, the person will be assigned to supervise 5 Residential Programs located in Quincy and Weymouth for Deaf individuals with developmental disabilities. These are well established programs requiring house manager oversight.
The Program Director is responsible for the direction of the Residential Division. He/She has overall management responsibility for supervision of the house managers, promoting choice and self-determination, managing division’s budget, facilitating social integration, and maintaining a home-like environment where program participants are treated with respect and dignity.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in a supervisory role and the desire to improve the quality of life for program participants. Candidate requires the skills to work on program expansion, thorough knowledge of DDS policies and procedures, as well as strong clinical and administrative skills.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in ASL and Deaf Culture
BA degree plus 5 years supervisory experience in similar or related field preferred. Applicants with 15 plus years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities may be substituted for a degree.

Salary offered $67,000.00/annual.
