WorkatHome-JobBoard is Hiring a Primary Care Hybrid APP - Adventist Health Portland (Job ) Near Portland, OR

ResponsibilitiesAdventist Health Portland is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our clinic teams as a Primary Care Hybrid, at our Clackamas or Parkrose clinics covering the following responsibilities and partnering with our PCP group by:
  • In basket extender coverage
  • Patient visits - Same day telehealth or in person visits
Benefits
  • Salary 40 hour work week (can be over 4 days)

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. Newly trained and experienced APP's will be considered. This is not a J-1 eligible opportunity.Our clinics are located just 1-2 hours from world-class skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking trails, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, kayaking, rock climbing and the Oregon Coast!Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients. Therefore, we require that all associates receive all required vaccinations, including, but not limited to, measles, mumps, flu (based on the seasonal availability of the flu vaccine typically during October-March each year), COVID-19 vaccine (required in CA, HI and OR) etc., as a condition of employment, and annually thereafter.
