The primary responsibilities of the Sr Customer Service Rep include directing job assignments, developing and delivering training materials to ensure team success. As a member of Pic the Gift leadership, this position is responsible for modeling a professional attitude towards other employees while recognizing the responsibility to communicate the importance of quality partner care. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with our current customers to solve issues and resolve any problems that may have occurred with the products we shipped.
- Ability to manage most of the customer service via email, with strong communication skills.
- Work with production and shipping to make sure our customers are receiving their products on time.
- Work with the management team to ensure all aspects of the customer experience is being addressed.
- Proficient knowledge of the refund and return process
- Ability to address wholesale account requests
- Capable of addressing escalated customer concerns
- Onboarding with partners as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College Degree or transferable experience and college coursework is preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to coach, train and develop talent from within your team.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with photoshop, scheduling software, and ERP systems.
- SAP and Shipstation experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- We are looking to fill this role for both locations (Creve Coeur and Wentzville)
- Annual salary 45k
