Current Saint Francis Colleagues - Please click HERE to login and apply.Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Performance Improvement Manager, the Stroke / Trauma Program Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who demonstrates advanced knowledge and experience in the care of stroke and trauma patients, and assumes responsibility for the day-to-day responsibility for process and performance improvement of the Stroke and Trauma programs. The Stroke / Trauma Program Coordinator is responsible for coordination and oversight of the Primary Stroke Center and Time Critical Diagnosis Trauma Center Level III programs. This position is responsible for the organization of services and systems necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to providing care to stroke and trauma patients. Must work independently and in collaboration with the Stroke Medical Director and Trauma Medical Director, along with the multidisciplinary health care team and leadership.
Job Details And RequirementsType: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)

Education
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure as Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Missouri
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required within two (2) years of hire - required
Certification & Licensure
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in the state of Missouri - required
Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the hospital setting - required
