Call Center Representative - 2nd Shift- $16/hr -Ann Arbor, MI
If you are detail-oriented, have a great attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to conduct insurance-related surveys
  • Input data accurately into the computer system
  • Follow a pre-written script during calls
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow a script and stay on task
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Basic computer skills
In this role, you will be responsible for inputting data into our system and making phone calls to conduct surveys with customers regarding insurance. You'll follow a provided script and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
