Forklift Operator, $18-20 / hr. 1st Shift Cowpens, SC Duties and Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products within the facility AND be able to operate in outside weather conditions
• Stack, organize, and store materials according to company standards
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking product locations and performing inventory counts
• Prepare products for shipment by securing loads and ensuring accuracy of orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any potential hazards or equipment issues
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus

This position is located in Cowpens, SC, and the working hours are Monday through Thursday, 6 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, with the potential for overtime on Fridays.
