Maintenance Technician, up to $23 / hr - Ann Arbor, MI
Do you have any property maintenance experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity? If so, this is the place for you!
Qualifications :
- Must be able to repair things like furnace, do basic carpentry, etc.
- Must be comfortable with helping with things like snow removal, lawn, and other maintenance tasks

Previous maintenance experience required
A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working from anywhere from 8 : 30am-5pm M-F.
In this position, you’d be mainly responsible for performing maintenance duties at a co-op facility. They are looking for someone for the long haul and you have the potential to get hired into the union! This is an amazing opportunity with a constantly growing company!
