Workbox is seeking a full-time Sales Manager, which is an important position in the next phase of the company’s growth. You will work to help grow their member base in Chicago, requiring a wide skill set including the execution of the full sales cycle, top-of-the-funnel pipeline management, and assistance in strategic partnerships and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys networking, has high energy, is a self-starter, and wants to be a part of an exciting entrepreneurial company. This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, in Chicago.

In the first 30 days, you’ll:
Work closely with the Vice President of National Sales training to learn our sales process, systems, the services we provide to members, and all about the co-working industry. You’ll begin prospecting and taking your own tours during this time.
In the first 60 days, you’ll:
Be comfortable with the sales process and systems we use to begin building your sales funnel through numerous outlets including outbound campaigns. You’ll get experience negotiating deals and building your own community at the center with a better understanding of how Workbox supports our members to help their companies grow.
In 90 days, you’ll:
