Registered Nurse Supervisor
3PM-11PM No Weekends and Huge Sign-On Bonus
STARTING RATE: $36.00/hr. ($36.00 - $40.00/hr. depending on experience)
SHIFT: Full-Time, 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday through Friday No Weekends!!!
SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $7,500 for the evening shift (3 pm-11 pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
An RN Supervisor works closely with RNs and LPNs to ensure the best possible functions of assigned units and supervise unit employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assists the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
* Scheduling and assigning nursing staff as needed for the department
* Responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the needs of our residents and their families
* Support nursing staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
* Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at all times while also making suggestions for improvements
* Provides information to Residents and health care team.
* Maintains documentation of Resident care services.
* Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on the assignment setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 18 years of age
* Registered Nurse, RN, licensure
* Experience in long-term care facility preferred
* Able to interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions
* Ability to supervise and work well with and show respect toward other healthcare personnel (i.e., CNAs, LPNs, physicians, etc.), residents, and their family members
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions
* Able to perform tasks while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and kindness
* Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
